Senior SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) S/4HANA Cloud Consultant

Localisation : Paris ou remote possible mais avec déplacements ponctuels à Paris.

ROLE : End-to-end ownership of sourcing, direct and indirect procurement, subcontracting, MRP, inventory management and supplier invoicing.

Rollout of an established SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (Retail) template to US legal

Single global instance, shared with European entities that are already live. The assignment starts at the Explore phase and runs through detailed design into build.

Clean-core, fit-to-core delivery customization only where a regulatory or genuinely differentiating need justifies it.

PROFILE

• MRP process design. Authority over the planning concept, not only its configuration: plant parameters, MRP groups and controllers special procurement keys, MRP areas at plant, storage-location and subcontractor level, lot-sizing procedures, planning calendars, range-of-coverage profiles. Must be able to design and defend planning behaviour with lead times of 100+ days and safety coverage of 60–90 days.

• Direct purchasing and subcontracting. Item category L, special stock at subcontractor locations, automatic component consumption at goods receipt, multi-level BOMs and production versions, sequential subcontractor flows. Purchasing info records, quantity and value contracts, source lists, fixed-vendor logic, supplier confirmations as the basis for OTIF.

SKILLS

Indirect purchasing and self-service requisitioning with account assignment to asset, project or cost center; multi-level approval workflows driven by amount and company hierarchy; outbound logistics including stock transport orders, returns to supplier and 3PL/warehouse integration; workshop leadership and requirement analysis.

SOLID WORKING COMMAND

Purchasing-side master data (supplier, material, valuation), workflow configuration, and enough command of the sales and finance streams to design across those boundaries without an SD or FI consultant in the room.

ALSO REQUIRED

• 6–8+ years SAP consulting in the relevant stream, with at least two full lifecycles on S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, on-premise or Private Edition experience alone is not sufficient.

• Hands-on configuration in Central Business Configuration and the SSCUI landscape. Candidates should be able to name the SSCUIs they have configured, not only describe process design.

• Experience on a multi-entity, single-instance template, and the judgement to tell a parameterization apart from a template change.

• Workshop leadership with senior business stakeholders; fluent English.
