Background
Replacement of several ERP systems within EMEA region. Consolidation focused on existing SAP ECC European core model. The ERP program consists of several projects with first priority on France. Reporting to EMEA Director of IT. Mandatory and unconditional adhesion to International Code of Conduct is required for the incumbent.

To lead the consolidation of ERP systems in the EMEA region.

Task and duties
Drives focus and achievement of benefits
Ensure coordination of Process owners, LITC resources (offshore SAP internal consulting structure) and EMEA IT experts
Manages prioritization of issues, features, schedule, resources, risks and investment
Overall project accountability (on-time, on-budget) to project sponsors (EMEA CFO, EMEA VP).
Drives resolution of high-priority issues
Supports the program’s communications bodies :
Preparation of steering committees
Information to stakeholders leadership team
Change control board
Skills required
Musts:
Significant and current experience in the leadership of SAP ECC implementations in the context of equipment manufacturing industries (or similar B2B)
SAP modules :SD, MM , PP
Strong manufacturing experience (process transformation, Lean, MES)
Fluency in French and English (TOEIC > 940)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Significant and current experience with offshore support model
Solution-oriented, creative thinker, change enabler
Desired :
ETO & CTO processes familiarity
Knowledge of variant configurators principles
SAP modules : VC (variant configurator) and CS (Customer Service)
ITIL methodology knowledge
Experience in multicultural environments
Fluency in a 3rd European language (Spanish, German)
Years of experience
Minimum 5 years as SAP Projects lead
Minimum 10 years overall
